Um erro bastante comum em servidores dedicados ou servidores cloud com cPanel\/WHM \u00e9: Create a new Account Account Creation Status: failed (You cannot setup a domain that is the same as the servers hostname )<\/strong><\/p>\n

Por que este problema acontece ?<\/h3>\n

Por exemplo, voc\u00ea est\u00e1 tentando criar uma conta de hospedagem, com o mesmo dom\u00ednio do hostname do servidor. Exemplo: Um servidor que tenha como hostname nomedosite.com.br<\/b> , tentando criar uma conta de hospedagem para o site www.nomedosite.com.br<\/b><\/p>\n

Dessa forma, o hostname do servidor<\/a> precisa ser diferente por raz\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a. Recomendamos usar um subdom\u00ednio diferente como hostname, e seu problema estar\u00e1 resolvido<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Como solucionar este problema:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Voc\u00ea tem duas alternativas:<\/p>\n

1) Altere o hostname do servidor. Tente colocar como hostname servidor.nomedosite.com.br<\/strong> . Desta forma conseguir\u00e1 criar a conta de hospedagem normalmente para www.nomedosite.com.br<\/p>\n

ou<\/p>\n

2) Utilize outro dom\u00ednio como hostname do servidor, diferente do dom\u00ednio que est\u00e1 tentando criar<\/a> a conta de hospedagem.<\/p>\n

Por exemplo, para alterar o hostname do servidor, acesse o WHM, e no menu a esquerda, clique na op\u00e7\u00e3o Change Hostname<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No campo New Hostname, informe seu novo hostname. Recomendamos usar, por exemplo, servidor.nomedosite.com.br<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

Em seguida, clique em Change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Create<\/p>\n

Desta forma, o erro Create a new Account Account Creation Status: failed (You cannot setup a domain that is the same as the servers hostname )\u00a0estar\u00e1 resolvido. Ap\u00f3s alterar o hostname, poder\u00e1 ser necess\u00e1ria uma valida\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a do cPanel<\/a>. \u00e9 muito comum ap\u00f3s esta altera\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrer a mensagem de erro Invalid license file (cPanel). A solu\u00e7\u00e3o deste problema \u00e9 bastante simples, bastando uma revalida\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a do cPanel.<\/p>\n

Para isso, basta acessar o servidor atrav\u00e9s de SSH<\/a>, como root, e digitar o comando:<\/p>\n
